The building volume of each lot is up to 300m² residential building, which can be on one to two and a half floors. The maximum height can be 9 meters. It is also permitted to build a 100m² guest house on one to one and a half floors and a 400m² outhouse with a ceiling height of up to 6 meters. The seller can provide buyers with advice and assistance with planning and construction issues on each land.
According to the plan, the appearance of the houses must be wholesome and the tone has been set by the landowners. The land is a total of 130 hectares in size and the aim is to build good hiking and riding trails.

The land is located just east of Selfoss, shortly before reaching the branch to Urriðafoss in Þjórsá, only a 50-minute drive from the capital and a 10-minute drive from Selfoss. The lands range from 11 - 12.5 hectares in size with a magnificent view to the mountains.
